How it works

Pulled from the model, checked in place

No re-typing dimensions into a separate form. The add-in reads what's already in the model — lot lines, setbacks, footprint area, building height — and tells you what to fix before it reaches plan review.

Results appear in a dockable panel with the same source citations as the web checker. Every pass and fail cites the exact article and section of the ordinance.

What the panel looks like in Revit

The panel shows live results as you modify the model. Select a jurisdiction from the dropdown, and results update automatically. Every row shows the rule name, your value vs. the limit, and the ordinance citation.

Install the add-in

Single installer supports Revit 2024, 2025, and 2026. The add-in appears in the Codecheck tab on the ribbon after restart.

Select jurisdiction & district

Pick from 505+ jurisdictions across 10 states and the applicable zoning district. The panel loads the full ruleset for that jurisdiction automatically.

Pull dimensions from the model

Click "Pull dims" to read lot area, setbacks, building height, and footprint coverage from the model's shared parameters. Or enter values manually.

Review results & export

Every rule shows pass, fail, or needs-review with the ordinance citation. Export results as a PDF compliance memo or CSV for your submittal package.
